No Vacancy’s Founder Krisztina Bell Featured in RESA Publication

Here at No Vacancy, we know our founder and marketing director, Krisztina Bell brings an incredible vision to home staging.  However, we aren’t the only ones who know it, as the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) featured Krisztina in their publication, Home Staging Newswire!  We wanted to share a bit about No Vacancy Home Staging, along with some highlights of her interview here with our customers and fans, so you could get to know Krisztina, too!

What Makes No Vacancy Home Staging Unique?

The team at No Vacancy Home Staging transforms vacant properties about to be listed for sale into beautifully staged and more marketable homes.  It’s no secret that professionally staged homes sell faster than vacant properties.  Whether viewing photographs online or touring the home in person, with the right furnishings and décor, prospective buyers can envision living in the home, entertaining or simply creating memories with family.

With a passion for helping clients get their homes off the market quickly and into the hands of new owners, No Vacancy Home Staging uses high-quality transitional pieces that not just fit the style and architecture of the home, they enhance a home’s features.  Each design is unique, giving every home its own feel and personality, rather than making each home look the same.

The care and attention No Vacancy brings to home staging has launched the company into the spotlight.  No Vacancy and Krisztina have been featured on television, in print, and online including on HGTV’s House Hunters and The Property Brothers, and in Realtor MagazineThe New York Times, Dallas Morning News, San Francisco ChronicleAtlanta Journal & Constitution, FoxNews.com, Trulia.com, Redfin.com and CNBC.com to name a few.

Before No Vacancy

Prior to creating No Vacancy Home Staging, Krisztina owned her own printing and graphic design company back in the late 90’s where she created gorgeous corporate identity packages for Atlanta business owners.  It wasn’t until 2003 that she was ready to shake things up and felt real estate calling her name and soon got her real estate license.  However, her love of design, marketing skills, and creativity eventually led her into the rising popularity of home staging and in 2005 No Vacancy, Inc. was born.  She and her team just recently celebrated their 13th anniversary in the business.

Highlights from RESA’s online newsletter, Home Staging Newswire

When asked why she loves staging: I enjoy working with agents on their marketing plan, to get a home in its most showable condition to sell faster.  Sometimes our clients just need some support so they don’t get so stressed over the selling and/or listing process and they are appreciative of that -which is a good feeling.  I am just thankful they think of us for their home staging needs!”

On her personal aesthetic and what she’s loving now: “Unique, stylish, classic – always!… anything metallic or has some sparkle or bling!”

Why she loves her career: “It is rewarding when you hear a seller say, “Wow, this staging looks amazing. I don’t know if I want to sell my house now!” That’s when you know you nailed it.”

What is Krisztina’s 2018 goal? “Teach more agents about how to use home staging as a marketing tool, to sell ALL their occupied and vacant listings faster through my Home Staging to Market & Sell Listings CE class I teach every month.  #SellItFaster

What’s in store in the next five years: “Continue to grow my business,” “Investing in more inventory, buying more trucks, hiring additional staff, or maybe even starting a second staging business in another city and state.  [I] just have to see where the real estate market and our clients take us.”

Here at No Vacancy Home Staging, we are excited to see what’s in store, too!  If you’re ready to see how home staging can help you drive buyer traffic, sell your home faster and for closer to your asking price, contact us today!
