Meeting Atlanta Real Estate Agents Luxury Home Staging Needs

By June 6, 2017Home Staging

While the baby boomers may be downsizing, millennials and couples with a growing family are selling their smaller and lower priced homes due to buyer demand.  Real estate agents in Atlanta are telling sellers if they are thinking of buying and want to move up to a more spacious and upscale home then now is the time to sell.   A mortgage friend of No Vacancy, Tony Scarpero with Northpoint Mortgage agrees and he said recently in a video on his Facebook page that “The Atlanta real estate market is in a dual market.” which in our opinion is a great opportunity for buyers AND sellers!

Thus, there is a healthy mix of higher priced homes from $600K up to over $1M sitting on the market ready for potential home buyers.   At the beginning of the year agents were already calling No Vacancy asking to turn some of these luxury properties especially the vacant new construction homes into glamorous living spaces.  Atlanta agents, builders and flippers were wanting more chic furniture and a more simplified staging style using only neutral colors of whites, creams, grays and a touch of pale blue tones.  That’s when the owners of No Vacancy made a big decision to invest in purchasing a whole new inventory of upscale furnishings from chrome and glass living room sets to more upholstered chairs and even tufted linen headboards and upscale dark wood bedroom furnishings to meet the demand for staging of these more spacious homes.

It wasn’t long before the spring market hit and the new Premium/Lux Staging Package the company offers was a huge hit and led to numerous referrals and more business than the team of home stagers expected.  “Not only did our new website which we launched last summer bring more seller clients but the new furniture package option was a huge success and real estate agents were so thankful to have another upscale staging vendor resource that could meet their needs quickly!”  says Krisztina Bell, founder of No Vacancy.  ” I was a bit nervous to order so much inventory but am so glad we made the investment. We are always trying to stay on trend and helping to meet the home staging needs of agents and sellers as the real estate market is ever changing from year to year.  We are thankful that agents are using home staging more than ever as a marketing tool that works which in turn keeps my company’s business growing.  A win, win for everyone!”  #sellitfaster
