Home Staging For a Good Cause

The team at No Vacancy doesn’t mind lending a hand when it comes to charitable causes in Atlanta.  The Roswell Woman’s Club hosted a Homes of Distinction home tour showcasing a beautiful new construction luxury property built by ETB Homes in Sandy Springs.  A Home of Distinction project is a joint marketing initiative between custom home builders, cutting edge products and services, award winning developers and architects, leading TV stations and high profile charities. Extraordinary homes are built to showcase state-of-the-art products and services. Once the homes are complete, they are held open for tour to benefit a local charity. Through television segments, the internet and the tours, consumers can pick up new ideas for building or remodeling their own home.

Stager, Krisztina Bell of No Vacancy jumped at the opportunity to support the charity and donated furnishings and decor to stage one of the upstairs guest bedrooms and all 3 bathrooms.   She went for cream and brown tones with a dash of animal prints in the bedroom and brought in hotel white bathroom dressings for the bathrooms to create a spa like feel.  Check out the project pics below from start to finish.

The remaining areas of the 6,790 sq ft house were beautifully staged by several local interior designers and furniture vendors as well. Sure enough after the Roswell Woman’s Club weekend tours were conducted the home went under contract and was purchased for $1.9M by a family who was excited to call this luxury property their new home!
